Urban Pesticide Committee (UPC) Meetings:
The Urban Pesticide Committee (UPC) addresses a broad range of issues related to pesticides and water quality. In addition to being an information clearinghouse, the Urban Pesticide Committee serves as a forum for coordinating TMDL implementation. All Urban Pesticide Committee meetings are held in Room 1411 of the State Office Building, 1515 Clay Street, Oakland unless otherwise specified.
